Your property may be an asset in more ways than you realise. Film and TV companies as well as fashion shoots and events producers are constantly looking for new locations.

As the owner or legal representative I give permission to The South West Location Company to include this location in their location library and website for promotion as a film/photographic/ event location and that any confirmed bookings will incur a commission of 20% to be deducted from the location fee. I agree to inform LSW of any changes to the location and send updated images. The owner warrants and confirms that it is fully entitled to grant photo/filming facilities and no further consents are necessary.
