Images & Information
Images which have been downloaded from the PSW site and or any other information supplied by PSW to the hirer maybe used for reference only. All images & information supplied remain the copyright of PSW, unless otherwise indicated.
Although every effort has been made to ensure all images and information supplied is up to date, no guarantee is given that any property is suitable for hiring.
Fees
There is no fee for using the PSW website. There will be a booking fee on the confirmation of use of any property. Please note this is separate to the location hire fee.
All fees must be paid in advance of the shoot.
Preparation & strike days will normally be charged at 50% of the agreed daily rate.
Overtime charges will be charged after the shoot & must be paid within 10 days.
Cancellation
Once a location has been confirmed, it can be cancelled within 24 hours without incurring the library fee. After that time no refund will be given.
The location hire fee maybe subject to a different cancellation policy imposed by the owner.
PSW policy is that the entire entire location fee will remain payable if more than 4 days remain before the shoot date.
Verbal confirmation is deemed to be full confirmation.
All location hire is subject to contract and the owner has absolute right to refuse any booking.
Public Liability
The hirer must show proof of public liability insurance before the start of the shoot.
Recces
It remains the responsibility of the hirer to make sure the property is suitable for their purpose, therefore we recommend that a recce of a proposed property take place.
At the time of a recce the hirer assumes full legal responsibility for personnel and equipment that enter the property.
Privacy
Privacy is paramount to PSW and we are committed to the privacy of all our clients & location owners. Any information you share with us will be used lawfully. By registering, requesting information or otherwise contacting us through locationssouthwest.co.uk, you consent to the collection, use & transfer of your information by us. We will never pass any information on to a third party without prior consent.
